Who we are

Letting has been our only business for the 32 years since Property Link was first formed. At that time less than 5 letting agents existed between Exeter and Plymouth. 

We always provide a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient service and pride ourselves in taking time and care in finding the right tenants for properties, many of whom stay in the properties for many years. The majority of our letting/property management business is by recommendation with a number of our landlords having been with us from our inception.

All of our landlords, some living abroad or absent for many years, are confident that their property is being well managed. 

We can arrange to have Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates, electrical certification and maintenance provided at competitive rates. 

We are members of Client Money Protect, the Property Redress Scheme, Devon Landlord's Association and My Deposits.
